Can I reserve an entire Table for the Annual WyO Banquet?
Yes you can – Tables can seat 8 people. If you are planning to purchase at least 8 Banquet Tickets (Adult & Youth combined), you can RESERVE A TABLE that seats 8 people in your party. Reserved Tables are given preference to stage location, and other advantages. If you want to Reserve a Table, please send an email to the Wyoming Outdoorsmen Board at WyO with RESERVE A TABLE in the subject line and your reservation be taken care of for you with a confirmation. You will still able to purchase the Banquets Tickets online.
How do I place a bid for a Commissioners Tag?
For the 2025 Commissioners Tag provided to WyO, the license will be auctioned and sold via a telephone auction on February 12, 2025. Detailed instructions for the Auction will be sent out in WyO’s social media platforms and in the WyO Newsletter. A minimum bid requirement will be set. The auction will be conducted by the President of Wyoming Outdoorsmen, Dustin Rosencranse, with other Board directors in attendance.

How do I enroll in WyO’s ‘Predator Program’?
Go to the Predator Program section of on the WyO website Join page. You will be able to download both the Predator Program Rules and Predator Program Sign-Up forms. You can also sign-up in person at the following stores: Nature’s Design Taxidermy in Cody, The Outdoorsman in Worland, and Rocky Mountain Discount Sports in Cody
How do I become a volunteer?
Go to the Get Involved page on the WyO website. There is an online Form you can submit where you can specify the areas or event types you would prefer to volunteer for based upon your skills and area of interest. This is where you can volunteer to help with the Annual Wyoming Outdoorsmen Banquet & Auction as well.
Can I define specific activities or areas of interest I am best capable to volunteer for?

When and where are the monthly WyO Board meetings conducted?
Wyoming Outdoorsmen Board of Director meetings are held once a month, the 2nd Monday evening of each month, usually at 6PM and usually in Cody. The specific meeting locations can vary from month to month. Meeting location specifics are posted on both the WyO Facebook page and the WyO website prior to the meetings. Most often, meetings are held at the Irma Hotel in the Governor’s Room on Sheridan Avenue, or at the Wyoming Game & Fish Cody Regional Office conference room located at 2820 State Highway 120.
How many Directors sit on the Wyoming Outdoorsmen Board?
There are 15 Directors that comprise the Wyoming Outdoorsmen Board of Directors.
How can I apply to become a Director on the Wyoming Outdoorsmen Board?
Directors and the Officer positions are elected by the sitting WyO Board of Directors. Director nominations for consideration can be submitted by any WyO member to WyO. Director Officer positions serve 2–year terms as the organization’s principal policymakers and managers of WyO’s project funding.
