If you have completed the on-line portion of the Wyoming Hunter Education Internet course and you need an Internet Competition Class to receive your Hunter Education Certificate, You are in Luck! Enroll in one of these Wyoming Game and Fish Certified Hunter Education Courses and receive your Wyoming Hunter Safety Certificate before this fall’s hunting seasons begin.
Two separate Wyoming Game and Fish approved Hunter’s Education Internet Completion Courses Sponsored by Wyoming Outdoorsmen are scheduled as follows:
- Saturday August 29th at the Park County Fairgrounds Heart Mountain Hall with check in beginning at 7:30am and class running from 8:00am until approximately 2:00pm;
- Saturday September 12th at the Wyoming Game and Fish Regional Office located at 2 Tilden Trail, Cody, Wyoming with check in beginning at 7:30am and class running from8:00am until approximately 2:00pm.
To be eligible to take one of these Internet Field Day Courses each enrollee must first have completed the On-Line portion of the class and must bring a printed paper copy of the competition certificate to the class. Attendance for the entire class time is mandatory. A Wyoming Game and Fish “Hunter Education Card” will be issued to all students that successfully complete the course and pass the final exam.
To enroll in one of these classes, go to the Wyoming Game and Fish webpage (https://wgfd.wyo.gov) , click on the” Education tab” and then click on the “Hunter Education Course Schedule” and then find the Internet Completion Course Class Listing. Then find the “Powell or Cody” classes. Choose the class that lists Jeremiah Vardiaman as Lead Instructor and click on “Enroll”.
