The Wyoming Outdoorsmen (WyO) is excited to announce the opening of applications for our 2026 Scholarship Program. This opportunity is exclusively available to WyO members, including high school students, homeschoolers, and continuing education students who are passionate about preserving Wyoming’s outdoor heritage.

Application Deadline: March 1st, 2026 (All applications must be received by this date for consideration)
Eligibility: Open to high school, homeschooled, and continuing education students
Membership Requirement: Applicants must be WyO members (Purchase a Membership or 2026 Banquet Ticket to be eligible)
Minimum GPA: 2.5 or better
How to Apply
Download the Scholarship Application form from the WyO website or see Cody High School or Powell High School Guidance Offices.
Prepare a cover letter detailing your college plans, goals, and outdoor experiences.
Include a financial need statement.
Obtain two reference letters from non-family members.
Attach your high school transcript, signed by your guidance counselor.
Ensure your WyO membership is current.
