THINGS TO KNOW WHEN PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS
ONLINE TICKET PURCHASES
If you purchase your Banquet Tickets online [Method #1 below], you will PRINT out your Receipt/Ticket to bring to the Banquet. Your printed Receipt, that includes all your Ticket information, will be exchanged at the door for the actual Banquet Ticket(s) that are used for the Door Prize drawing.
EARLY BIRD DRAWING
Purchase your Banquet Tickets before March 15, 2026, and WyO will automatically enter your name in the Early Bird Drawing held at the Banquet. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN
- Early Bird Drawing Prize: $500 worth of raffle tickets to the games at the event
DOOR PRIZE DRAWING
The filled-out Stub of your Banquet Ticket will be included in the Door Prize Raffle drawing held at the Banquet. Everyone with a ticket attending the Banquet is entered. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN
- Door Prize Drawing Prize : $500 Cash
TABLE RESERVATIONS
If you are planning to purchase at least 8 Banquet Tickets (Adult & Youth combined), you can RESERVE A TABLE that seats 8 people in your party.
- If you would like to Reserve a Table, you can purchase all 8 tickets online and specify the table name that you would like. Alternatively, you can send us an email, or contact any Wyoming Outdoorsmen Board Member.

Download, print and complete this TICKET ORDER FORM for your Banquet Tickets. Snail mail the completed form and your check back to Wyoming Outdoorsmen at PO Box 2562 Cody, WY 82414.
Once payment is received, Wyoming Outdoorsmen will hold your Banquet Tickets at the door the night of the event at the will-call table.
